Payment Terms & Policy

Terms of Payment (Cash or Check Only) 
Checks payable to Karen Yarborough

25% Non Refundable Deposit required within 14 days of booking
(DEPOSIT DOES NOT INCLUDE PRICE OF TRIAL RUN)
• Final balance due ON or BEFORE Wedding Day!

Cancellation Policy
100% return of deposit if cancelled within 4 weeks prior to Wedding Day otherwise deposit is forfeited. Notice may be made by mail, email, or telephone. Cancellation by Karen Yarborough will result in full refund of deposit plus $25 cancellation penalty. In addition, Karen Yarborough will assist in identifying and recommending a suitable replacement.
