What kind of payment do you accept? Do you accept Credit Cards?
No only accept cash or checks.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes you have to sign a contract, we have mad it easy for you to go online and reserve your services, and then we will send you a contract to sign and mail back or meet up in person to obtain a deposit to hold your date.
Can I add or change services after I sign the contract?
Yes, we always want to accommodate your wedding party and know that plans change. We need to know as soon as possible when you want to add services so we can be sure we have scheduled enough time to do a professional job for your Wedding. Any additional wedding services on the day of the wedding will need to be paid before services are rendered.
Can bridesmaids & moms choose to do just one service such as just hair or just makeup?
Yes, but we offer a built in package discount when they order both hair & makeup services.
Do you charge extra to do “On-Site” services?
Generally, no. If your Wedding is in the Charleston area you will not have to pay a trip charge. However, if your Wedding is outside of Charleston we will quote you a trip charge before we send you your contract. If you order $500 or more of our services we will lower the trip charge.
Will you stay for the Wedding and Reception and provide “touch up” services?
Yes, the fee is $100 per hour. Please make arrangements with your wedding planner to have a check or cash ready when we leave the Wedding Party. We can also take payment right from our iphone with a swipe of your debit or credit card.
How do I schedule a Trial Run? Can you do a Trial on Airbrush Makeup and Tattoo coverage?
I have a dedicated Bridal Room in a downtown Salon. Please call me 843-450-1396 or email me at Karen@Covergirlbrides.com to schedule an appointment. The Airbrush Makeup is an extra $25 for the trial and Tattoo coverage starts at $25 for the trial. It just depends on how much we actually need to cover at the trial to see what works.
Do you offer any services for men?
I can offer Airbrush Makeup for men that may have blemishes or other skin problems that they may want to cover. In addition, I can arrange Gentlemen Spa Services for the Groom and his men that include: Haircuts, Hot Shaves, Manicure & Pedicure, Facials, Waxing and other spa services.
Can you provide services for Sunday Weddings? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, we can service your wedding on a Sunday. All rates and charges are the same.
